Refund policy

We will gladly replace any item that is defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email palmetto.paper.celebrations@gmail.com.

All custom items and sale items are FINAL SALE.
